Sensei Karunakaran filed complaint against Paytm on Jan 30, 2021
I have made a payment through paytm to a merchant using his registered mobile number with paytm on *rd Jan **** around *:**pm.
After the payment successful, ill send the screenshot of the payment details to the merchant.
From that day the customer report about he is not received the money and asking me to pay the amount in cash.
Raised a ticket through paytm mobile application, there is no response.
**th Jan try to make a complaint through phone, my call has transfer to * officers and suddenly the call is transfer to an IVR which non related to my query.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
