Neelam filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Jun 27, 2019
I booked the cab and paid *** rs in cash to the driver but he did not update the payment and I am not able to book the new cab now. I have raised the issue on uber app many times but did not received any response from there end yet. This is really very unprofessional behaviour and I am facing lots of problem because of this. If I have not paid the amount then how the driver could allow me to leave also he dropped me at my ofc door.
Kindly help me.
