Flipkart - Payment not Updated in Flipkart Pay Later

I use the Flipkart Pay Later and use the amount of ***** to purchase an IPhone and i convert the amount into EMI and i pay * EMI before the Due date and I Foreclosure my loan account and the amount of INR *****.** and bank also provide me the NOC and they also update in their system but Flipkart not update the Foreclosure Amount and i already Share the NOC to them but still they give the timeline but they don’t provide the resolution and they implement the penalty charge of INR ***/- and Flipkart collection team call me ** times in a day and they make pressure to me to pay the EMI amount and Flipkart Customer support said the payment was Failed and Bank Provide m the loan closure certificate
