Hi Team,
I have booked air ticket from EaseMyTrip agent but due COVID** issue one said air ticket cancelled from my side and anather one cancelled from airline. after that air tickets cancelled refunds not credit after so many flow up from travel agent and wrong comment meant done by agent with in ** hr's payments not credit. and I have writen email from them.
