PayTM - Payment not refund

I purchase a data cable from paytm mall. But its Apple data cable not android but in the picture they shows that its a android mobile phone cable. then i put return request. they pick my packet at same day i.e on ** of october. till that day they shows the status:refund in progress. when i try to call him they put my call on hold for ** to ** minutes and then disconnect my call. there is also a another option in paytm app. when i click customer help it show neft details required. but when i click over the link. it shows there may be some error please contact to admin
