DEEPAK PILLAI filed complaint against PayTM on Oct 27, 2017
I have made a payment of *** as recharge on reliance Jio website using paytm wallet * days ago. The transaction is showing as successful. Called Jio customer care and they are mentioning that the payment has not been for this transaction. Since then I have been putting complaints on paytm help and support portal. There is no reply from their end. I have also tried reaching them on their customer care but it's an IVR only and doesn't get connected to any representative.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
