Kulbhushan Kakar filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Sep 25, 2018
When i was in Singapore, I booked a cab on **-**-**** but the cab didn't arrive to pick me up even after ** minutes while the app was showing the cab to be around * minutes away. In the meantime I tried to contact the driver many times but the call didn't mature. Therefore i had no other alternative but to take a taxi to reach my destination. On **-**-**** I tried to book a cab through Uber from Manimajra town, Chandigarh, India. But the app was showing pending payment of * Singapore dollars for cancellation charges for cab canceled in Singapore on **-**-**** . I brought the matter to the notice of uber through Uber help many times but the matter hasn't been resolved and I am not getting any response from Uber.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
