Rajol Tavade filed complaint against Vodafone India on Sep 5, 2017
I'm a postpaid user of Vodafone India. I made my bill payment twice through Vodafone App (online) but, my money got deducted and haven't got Recharged. I have made lot of complaints Online, went to the Gallery, submitted my Bank statements, also detailed transaction statements but nothing happened. Instead of paying my bills my services got blocked. I had to pay extra ****rs to unblock them.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
