Vikas Nagpure filed complaint against PayTM on Jun 1, 2020
I am a regular user of Paytm POS swipe machine which was given by paytm to me before * month after verifying all documents with unlimited swiping with * years contract on after deposited Rs. ***** to them but after taking fees they given my only ** lakh p/m limit with *.**% charges including GST.
On **th May **** I have requested them to increase my POS limit because in Covid time all payment has receiving to me through digital transaction and after * days continuous follow-up they release my POS limit to * CR P/M. Then after ** May when I swipe customer card to paytm machine to take my payment then after paytm has hold my money Rs. *.** Lakh without any reason.
After my follow-up with paytm team they ask me * days’ time for resolve the same and after two days when I call then they said they required my all related kyc, business proof, my personal selfie photograph to verify the same. After discussion and submitted all document they rejected all documents. I requested again and again that this Covid time I very much need this money but they didn’t understand.
After I told him to discontinue my account and return my money back in my verified account which already verified by paytm and now I don’t want to work with paytm and return back my balance fees but they don’t give me any response on it and still they are holding my money.
Kindly requested you to please do the needful to return my money back on urgent basis because this is very tough time me to survive in this situation.
I am very mentally on pressure and non survive situation is this.
