I have made an order on ajio and paid via google pay. The order wasn't confirmed so I tried writing to them and calling customer care but no response. After providing all the transaction details in few weeks they said I will receive refund by September *nd and still even till date I haven't received anything and no matter how many times I write to them they just revert with a broadcast message saying due to covid ** unfortunately we couldn't respond. Like seriously? While taking money there is no delay but to refund it back they have got all reasons fixed. This is really traumatizing since nearly two months with this issue and the ammount is really huge **** rupees.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
