I did the booking via agoda app and made the payment for same received the confirmation mail as well as receipt generated but when we reached at the property they said we are not accepting any bookings via agoda and they denied us to check in kindly help with this issue and give me the refund tried calling agoda customer support many times but no response

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
