Sarvek filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 3, 2021
Regarding order no. OD*********** I placed an order for durafit treadmill on **th February and mad online payment to Flipkart in full. Promised date of delivery was *st March. Even on *rd march, the product is stuck somewhere in transit at the same location. Noone is aware of its real status.
I keep getting new dates of delivery.
I dont want false assurance.
Stop extending the delivery dates.
How can a product be stuck at the same place for * days and not delivered yet??
Either deliver the product by today or cancel it and refund my money.
I am totally dissatisfied with the kind of service I am getting from your company and the courier service.
It has caused me enough mental and financial trauma.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
