I have booked Air Asia flight ticket on **th October **** from Imphal to Guwahati for **th October **** Tuesday at *:**PM flight for three persons.
Payment of Rs. **** from my SBI Account was deducted on **th October **** around **:**PM but I have not received any Air Asia ticket booking (for **th October ****, Tuesday *:**PM) confirmation email till now. When I check my MakeMyTrip account, there is no record of me booking a flight ticket but there is a transaction from my SBI account to MakeMyTrip account. Please help me to get my money back.
