Agoda - PAYMENT DEDUCTED TWICE

Dear,

I had made reservations with ITC Shimla through Agoda.com and payment of Rs.******.**p was to be made on **.**.****

I had provided my mothers Credit card details to them to charge but the same did not go through hence they sent me an email with the option of PAY NOW.

I initiated the payment with this option and received an OTP and as soon as OTP was punched the screen blinked but the status remained as payment pending.

Since no message was received I initiated the payment again and same thing happened and payment status remained pending

Now I received two messages from the bank that both the charges have been made on my card and the time mentioned was **:** & **:** on **.**.**** Messages attached.

I immediately called the bank and they confirmed the same. I conveyed to them about the status being reflected in failure / pending by the beneficiary . The bank has asked us to waid for ** hrs.

Agoda till *.** PM on **.**.**** had not received the payment and they asked me to make payment from some other card which was through and receipt came in immediately
