Talkcharge - Payment Deducted Falsely Claiming of Bill Payment Successful

I paid a bill of DHBVNL on Talkcharge website vide Operator ID : TXN********* on *th of July ****. The website claimed the bill payment was successful, however the bill kept showing as pending. I inquired with Talkcharge customer support multiple times and every time they claimed that the bill is paid from their end successfully. When I contacted DHBVN, they denied receiving the payment. It has been more than * months since this happened and I have been following up with Talkcharge since then just to receive the canned responses that they would check with BBPS and get back but they have failed to provide a resolution so far.

I am attaching the screenshots of the transactions and the confirmation from DHBVN twice that they have not received the payment. I did not want to raise the issue here but now I am tired following up with Talkcharge.

I want this to be resolved and also want others to be aware of these unethical and unprofessional bunch of people running the show. Just stay away from TALKCHARGE. They will entice you with hefty cashbacks, beware those are traps. You will have very limited avenue to spend the money you put and when you do either your transaction will fail or they will fake out a successful transaction just as in my case and keep you hooked onto their customer support for the resolution. We have many other important things to do in life. Stay away from these frauds.
