I booked a flight ticket from Pune to Delhi due to Covid emergency via Agoda. The amount got deducted from bank and was said confirmation mail will be sent to you within ** hours. Next morning I came to know that my reservation was failed and there was nothing like refund payment option available. Also the Indian customer care number is switched off.
