I have booked Golden Cottage Yercaud located at yercaud through agora.com on June *.While booking it asked for full payment including taxes amount Rs.****.** using card (Debit/credit).I booked through debit card.Then it asked for OTP.I entered OTP then amount(Rs.****.**) has debited from my account.Very soon the booking has cancelled automatically and mail came as "Your booking has be cancelled successfully" but the amount has not refunded still now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
