Agoada - refund of amount alongwith compensation

Sir,
I had booked hotel from Agoda official App of Hotel Bikaner Haveli Jaipur for **rd December to **th December , **** of which I had received booking confirmation after paying amount in advance but the moment we entered the Hotel the booking was denied and they said they do not accept the booking from Agoda in the name of Hotel Bikaner Haveli as we have now changed the name to Hotel Bikaner Heritage. W had tried numerous time tried to contact customer care but not useful we had written email and demanded refund but no use and at the last moment we had to book another hotel . We had suffered mentally and finanically and our holiday was also spoiled and due to this as we are having our old parents with us their health got worse and it took almost an hour to search for new hotel.
This is totally a fraud practice and unfair trade practice. We had money so we booked another hotel had we didint have money were we would have gone. So this kind of practice is totally illegal and amounts to fraud.
