I have made a booking through agoda for **th Oct for a hotel in mumbai for which I made the payment today and my money got deducted from my account but in the agoda application it's showing payment failed. I tried to contact them through various number and chat but to no avail. I am not able to get in touch with them and don't know how to confirm my payment and booking

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
