Ola - Payment credited to ola but ola says payment not successful

Dear Sir/Madam,i have made payment of ola money postpaid through phone pay upi app and payment successful but ola says amount not credited to ola money.i have raise complaint to phone pay but phone pay says contact to your bank and i again raise complaint to bank but bank says below-
Incase the amount is not credited to the beneficiary, we request you to contact the beneficiary and request to get in touch with their bank on the status of transaction using the RRN no.************
wish to inform you that your transaction of Rs. *** is successfully credited to the beneficiary account vide RRN no ************
Beneficiary details are as follows:
Beneficiary Name : olamoney*
Account No/VPA: XXXXXXXXXX****
Bank Name/IFSC Code: HDFC*******
im requesting you to charge back my payment urgently...please find below transaction details for your reference- Date-**/**/**** and UPI/************/On tapping Pay/olamoney*.razor/HDFC BANK LTD/ Amount-***.** Kindly do the needful on top priority. Thanks
