i ordered food from wow momo on **/**/** in the evening
but hasn't recieved my food yet
its been more than * hours and i tried to contact ola support but no response from their side
the delievery partner said that he dont have any schedule order
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

On *st December, Order Cancelled by OLA Foods from Kolkata Kati rolls but money not refunded till now the app is showing its refunded but i didn't get money back.
I ordered food from ola but unfortunately the order was cancelled by the ola and initiated the refund ,after sometime the refund status is completed but didnt receive the refund money yet.
