This is mangarao ur paytm customer **********,i made a transaction on **june to merchant account the order id is ******************

In the merchant account it is showing it is credited to the merchant account followed by credit to paytm savings account while checking the paytm savings account I found there is no amount credit to his account he is asking to repay the amount back i have made several attempt to close the account
Your executive has asked me to get a confirmation from his mobile and forward the same to ur paytm care i made this attempt to they are saying it is credited to his business account
While I am asking them it is not credit to his paytm savings account there is no response from ur paytm care if the issue is not solved i shall file a case in the consumer court
I am attaching all the evidence i have
