From last **-** month I have been paying bill for ***Mbps i.e ****/*** rs plan but getting only ** Mbps, that too after so many complaints. After Online consumer forum complaint they shared one letter in Feb **** saying Our modem does not support more than ***Mbps.
they will provide the modem once they get it but its been * months but still didn't got it and no one came to resolve it.
Nowadays if their connection breaks due to fiber break, they takes *-** days to resolve it.
Service is now very pathetic.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
