Blatant Lies from the Customer Care
Order No. - ***********
Order Placed at *:** Pm today in the evening and delivery time showing ** mins. After not receiving the order within ** mins checked the order still being prepared. Called the delivery guy stated that the order has been taken by another executive and the Restaurant would not fulfill the order.
Now the issue starts - Blatant lie from customer care making fool that the order would be delivered after * hr whereas the order has been taken by their delivery guy without any information. Need to inform him the actual scenario and now the lie started building up. After a complaint raised they want me to cancel the order without the payment or place an order replica order around **:** pm.
Customer care executive called and says need to cancel and would refund me the amount via coupon and closed the order stating that the order is delivered whereas it was not and even didn't received any coupon??
I received a call and have the recording in which it has blatantly lied and same was done several times by different advisor?
