On **st May, in my area they were installing ACT fibrenet. When I enquired they said “if I go for ACT Lightning, he would help me in connecting the first floor and ground floor through LAN cable (external through window, provided I provide the LAN cable)”. I agreed, but I was reluctant as I was not sure whether ACT had proper setup ready to provide the connection. But based on the confirmation provided by xxxxx, I booked ACT Lightning on **th May . Till this point everything was fine, ACT folks were behind me in pursuit of taking connection and providing connection.
However, after which my disappointment/agony started. Which I listed below:
*. After I paid for installation, no one came or no one followed up. I had to call up the helpdesk to know as what is the process they follow for installation
*. On **th one of your technical person came and to my surprise he told, feasibility of providing connection is not there. I said fine, no problem. Close the request and give back my money. After which he told, he would check and provide connection in * – * days’ time. I said fine.
*. On **th, another technical person came and provided the connection. He was the same person who along with xxxxx promised me to help in connecting first floor and ground floor through LAN cable and lured me in taking up higher priced plan of ACT Lightning. On **th, when I asked in connecting first floor and ground floor through the LAN cable, which I have bought, he didn’t help me in any way.
*. Biggest disappointment, connectivity was provided on **th. No demo or checkup was done. Internet was working for just * hr. After that there is no internet connectivity, I have raised a Ticket (SR*************) and call up so many people with no one to help
*. On **th night (around **:** PM), one of technical person without coming and checking just called up and said the problem is with your modem. When I went to my friends place and tested, modem was working fine.
I am not sure what sort of service you people are providing, in last couple of days ACT has given me so much of mental torture that I am totally feed up. Can you reimburse my money back and disconnect the service. If you don’t have the provision of providing service in xxxxxx, xxxxxxxx. Then why are you providing service.
