I am highly disappointed with your services, recently I purchased an air conditioner from Lotus Electronics on **/**/**** and from the day it was installed till today I have raised *-* complaints (Job id - **************) and none of them was seriously handled by the service provider. Initially, they were sending technicians (aged **-** years) who temporarily fixed the product and I was facing a similar issue of not cooling.
Finally, I raised a voice and requested that a senior person (Mr Anzaar) look into the issue on **/**/****. He arrived at my place and checked the machine and found there was a huge problem with the output unit of the AC and recommended a replacement of the same. He mentioned to me that this will be replaced in * days and I will get the new output unit. But Still the same was not replaced yet and it's been * days now that only input is hanging at my place and the AC is non-operative and Lotus didn't took any responsibility of after sales service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
