I have paid AMC charges for * ( two years ) for my AC on *rd March ****. Till date the company have not sent me the money receipt as well as AMC documents inspite of repeated requests/ reminders/ mail and telephone calls to senior officials.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
