I bought havells AC on * Feb **** and I want * year amc of that ac so I call to havells customer care on **th of june they registered my concern and then rajiv sharma call me on same day and ask me which plan you need * year or *year and then rajiv sharma send one technician to my house name zeeshan this person come to my house and check ac and then ask me to pay **** for * year amc and then I pay **** to zeeshan on **th of june since then there is no progress I send lots of messages to rajiv sharma call havells custmer care several times send mail to customercare@havells.com several times but my problem is not resolve by them as well.
Rajiv Sharma told me that your ac amc is done but company told me that it is not done and company also doesn't take any action against this man rajiv sharma.
