We shifted to Sector *** Gurgaon and since then we had nothing but trouble regarding internet. This place is very far from the main city and hence no popular internet provider is available except local cable/internet providers. One such local provider is a company called "Triple Play". We got the connection installed last month in November and the sales person managed to convince me to buy the **Mbps package. I work from home most of the time and hence decided to opt for it. Within a week's time the connection started playing up with frequent disconnections , random slowness and endless lags. Every time i called up the customer care department (i wonder even that's a proper customer care department as seemed it's a small dingy office in someone's basement with people shouting and chatting in hindi/bihari and only same */* guys receiving your calls) they refused to listen , incapable to interact in english or show any professional behavior. They constantly harp to send engineers at your place and by the time the engineer calls up the issue gets fixed automatically. Now after multiple calls and emails they have started calling me from private mobile numbers asking me to allow an engineer again to check the connection.The bloke even hung up on me when i questioned about the pathetic services in November and compensation/reconsideration in billing for the same.
