I have requested a new broadband connection request for my home to Triple Play. The payment and form filling did * days ago (**th Aug ****). But the connection setup is not done yet. The sales guy of Triple play promising me the connection is set up within ** hours. But it is not done yet. They keep promising me again and again but no further steps have been done yet. Even the customer care of Triple play is responding the same way. Please don't belive on Triple Play broadband service.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

TriplePlay has been cheating with the customer for very long, Ther internet services go down at least ** times a month. They never compensate for any of this loss
