I have opted there WiFi services and using it from long time. However I faced many issues in the past with their service but still kept continue because I hardly get a time to use it. But now this is really bad and unbearable situation for me. From the past * days internet is not working, I am calling their customer care services but it seems they are not interested to pick up the call. I called today and they registered the complaint but yet no resolution provided. Except their pathetic services, they are sending me messages to pay past pending amount which was showing wrong from past * year. I have complaint several time but they are still sending the messages to pay that amount. I have been to their office for the same and showed them that this is wrong amount and they agree also. But still I am getting those messages and nobody is listening to us. Also this is prepaid connection so they should not renew it if we don't want to pay but they are automatically turning it on whether we want internet services for the next cycle or not and calling us to pay the amount. Unnecccessary calling from different numbers causing disturbance to us and it's really bad. Kindly help on this.
