Triple Play Gurgaon - Fraud company

They called me up to top up my account for Rs. *** as per my plan... I have made the payment at that time but when after * hours, my connection was not started, i contacted them they informed me that sorry your connection is not with us, its with some other company named as Balaji internet services
They actually have tie up with that company and just in * hours, they said they dont have my connection with them... After that when i confirmed it with one of their executive, they said it on call that we will give you refund in ** days via cheque, it will be delivered to your home.. pls dont worry, from then to now i am calling them, mailing them and they are not even replying
