Here are the details of my shipment, which was partially delivered to me on *-**-**. Now it has been more than * months, a handful of paperwork on my end and almost ** emails/ phone calls with the Customer Care executive. Till date neither I got my missing parcel nor I got compensation of it.

I have been told that The claim is held due to requirement of GD . You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest to complete the process.
