xeric halwende filed complaint against Myntra on May 14, 2018
I have paid Rs.*** to the courier boy, and then after opening the parcel and see just * quantities instead of * which I ordered, and then called the myntra service centre for nearly * times for getting refund, then I walked a mile to self-return the parcel and paid my own Rs.*** for the returning and again I got a " Cool " reply from Myntra saying " Soory your return item has failed our quality check ( What the heck, I sent the parcel with the outer myntra cover, with all the invoice and especially WITHOUT opening the item package as I can see through it containing just * as the cover has a transparent layer). Then I again called myntra and asked what the hell happened, then they said ok we will refund, and they themselves have sent me a mail " for a refund of courier charges contact us ". I sent a scanned courier receipt and my bank details and here the Myntra agents did - Refund just exact Rs. *** that too, after * days as the first time, they failed to do it.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
