Easemytrip - Partial Refund of Flight cancellation

I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Raipur in Easemytrip.com for * Pax
PNR - UGHWMV
Date of Travel - ** Aug ****
I had availed Zero cancellation Service by paying Rs. *,*** extra. (Total payment was Rs. **,*** and flight charges were **,***).
According to their Zero Cancellation charges policy, there would be no cancellation charges and only a service/convenience fees of Rs. *** would be deducted (and ofcourse, the extra money you paid for the service would not be refunded too). Please read out the policy at this link -

I cancelled my ticket through their online portal and as per policy I was supposed to receive Rs. **** into my account (deducting Rs, **** and Rs ***)
However I only received Rs **** (which was less than Rs. ****)
I complained with their Customer care team and they acknowledge their mistakes on the call and promised to refund my balance amount very soon. Since then, i have sent them more than *-* mails and every time I get a standard response that my request is under process. And I get no clear response on when my balance money would be refunded. This is a clear case of Customer harassments. Please help me in getting my balance refunded.
