On **th of October I placed order at Amazon.in for payable amount was Rs. *,***.**. However, Rs. *,***.** was debited from my card due to their app glitch. Immediately I informed their CRM team (via call) about the issue and the agent suggested me to cancel the existing order and place fresh order.
Accordingly, new order was placed and requested cancellation of previous order However, they failed to stop delivery attempt in spite of their multiple confirmation of order cancellation and my regular follow-up. Anyway, I had to refuse the delivery.
Finally, company processed refund (Rs. ****) after ** days of order refusal. On call CRM team mentioned multiple times that they will refund the money they have charged for the item, but refund was less. The team said that remaining amt Rs *** is added to my Amazon wallet as they can't process it to my card(their refund policy) . This is cheating that I was charged more and asked to cancel the order and now forcing me to accept a part of refund as amazon money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
