Tata Cliq - partial products deilvered and didn t receive refund

I ordered a three-piece suit from Tata Cliq on April **, ****, worth **** rupees, for **** rupees by clubbing an offer with a Google Pay voucher code. I am supposed to wear it for my own sister's wedding, so I ordered the "Arrow Dark Grey Notched Lapel *-Piece Suit" containing * blazers, * trouser & * waistcoat (mentioned in product description on website https://www.tatacliq.com/arrow-dark-grey-notched-lapel-*-piece-suit/p-mp***************) two weeks before the wedding. Somehow they didn't deliver within the delivery dates specified but instead delivered me with a single piece of waistcoat exactly * days before the wedding. I believed that I would receive a genuine product, so I didn't have another back-up idea of having alternate clothes set. Later in the day, I initiated a refund and the delivery boy came and took images of the product and said that it was a partial product, so the Tata Cliq team would get back to me soon and left. I didn't receive any kind of call from them for around ** days. Then I myself called customer care and they told me the same thing, the other X and Y teams will get back to you soon. After one and a half months, they called and said you will receive a partial amount after deducting the actual amount of waistcoat (i.e., ****=****-****). From then on, I called customer service nearly ** times, and a few times they asked me to share images of the delivered product on Whatsapp, with the same response "we will get back to you soon." After numerous complaints from me, I received another call stating that I would not be receiving a refund because the product seller had declined my refund request. So I was clueless because the customer team itself was not responding to my requests and appeals. So kindly help me to get my amount for my product and also for my mental endurance I've been through these many days. Even if Tata Cliq deals with many sellers or manufactures its products, it is not important to me. Being a customer of Tata Cliq, I want to get the product at the shown time, which I have ordered, or else I need to get a refund for inappropriate products.
