A set of * pillows (Sleepwell) at ***/-was booked by me whereas only a single pillow was delivered. The MRP of this pillow in the open market is ***/- which can easily be bought at a discount of **% plus in the market. Now after protracted calls/emails, Amazon is ready to refund the difference of amount i.e. **/-. If I would have purchased it from the market could have got the item the same day without any mental harassment. After a lapse of almost ** days, I have still not received my required product completely.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
