I ordered food from swiggy on **th nov with prepaid amount. Part of the order was not available so got a recorded call from swiggy asking to replace items in the cart. Post that the second item i ordered on their request was also not available. So i got a call from the and executive aksed me to either order something else or take a refund of that order.
Firstly if the item is not available it should not show un the app. Secondly theu asked me to cancel so why should i block my funds for * days untill they process the Refund. I had clarified this to thr executive on phone that i want the refund in a day.
But nothing has happend till date.
I have had several issues with swiggy in the past and all are recorded through their chat history.
Want a strict action against tgem this time. A compensation which they pay out of their pocket. Not just a refund.
