Nagendra Singh Bhati filed complaint against Jiomart on Nov 18, 2020
I made payment to Jiomart by UPI on *th October ****. Some items were missing. So their app showed partial refund on *th Oct ****. That partial refund was not deposited even after * working days. I've made multiple complaints to them. I have sent my bank statement as per thier request.
They have closed all my complaint without giving me the partial refund for missing items. They have not replied to to my complaint on this issue on government National Consumer Helpline portal even after ** days.
