Make my trip - Partial cancellation of ticket resulted in cancellation of all 4 tickets on on leg

We bought * tickets under * PNR for a multi-city trip (BOM-COK-BLR-BOM). We cancelled one passenger ticket across the * legs. We had no problem in the BOM-COK and BLR-BOM legs but in the COK-BLR leg we found that all * tickets were cancelled. We had to buy new tickets for COK-BLR leg. MMT is stating that they are investigating why the airlines cancelled all * tickets for the last month.

As far as we are concerned, we booked the ticket on MMT, cancelled * ticket on MMT but we lost all * tickets for * leg. MMT can do its investigation forever but we need to re-imbursed for the new tickets we bought ASAP.
