Nykaa - Part Order Not Delivered

I placed order from https://www.nykaa.com on **th June **** ORDER id- NYK-********-******* and received delivery on *st of july. When i open the package i found "Free Sample - Power Of Choice Skin Focus" missing so i registered the complain and they said they will look in the matter and will revert back as soon as possible. They never call back so i registered complain again through contact us and now they send email saying we checked that you have received complete package. They are fooling people with telling them when they will buy product from nykaa they will get free sample product and when i raise complain saying that i have not received free sample that they are refusing to accept that they not sent me free sample which i was suppose to get as per their offer. So please sue them and make tham pay for this kind of cheating.
