Shadowfax - Parcel reached at DC but no one delivers

I booked this consignment on *th March for a destination which is * hours on can from my location. The consignment number is SF**********ITL. It shows the item has reached the dc on **th and no one is there to deliver at my customer place. Now due to long wait my customer is going to refuse the order as he needs it before holi. This is a significant loss for me and I did not think about the poor service from this shadowfax agency. Definitely share this over social media so that people can avoid their low class courier service
