emails on missing rice bags were sent to depot nanagers of kakinada depot and visakhapatnam depot on June **, ****. also, emails were sent to rm, east godavari and rm, visakhapatnam on june **, ****. The issue is regarding two rice bags booked (parcel ticket no. *******) by sender shri. dbn rao (my brother-in-law) on **/**/**** at kakinada which are supposed to be received by me (receiver) at visakhapatnam.
shri. dbn rao visited kakinada parcel Office a couple of times and gave written complaints to kakinada apsrtc parcel office on **/*/**** and to dm, kakinada on **/*/**** . they assured recovery by no action is initiated . the recovery to be made is rs. ****/- as mentioned in the letter given to dm, kakinada.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
