This shipment was delivered damaged and Broken ,when contacted support they examined the proof and promised refund of **** towards damages and full refund of courier charges ,its been ** days they have not transferred the **** amount as promised we have mailed them the bank transfer details and email send to us from their support team attached are the mail ,it was promised via email the refund of **** will be transferred within ** days ,now its been ** days and the company is not replying to emails also .
