shilpy filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 28, 2018
I placed order on ** Nov. **** at *.** pm. For * cotton double bedsheets by flipkart. Order has to b deliver on **th nov. On **th nov. Wish master came to my door with partial order. There were * parcels.
*. Blank Parcels : as the order was cash on delivery mode person ask me for money to pay and handover me both the parcels. I was shauk to see that * + * double bedsheet was packed in so small pack. I ask to wishmaster that can u even think that * bedsheets can come into such small packing. He said yes mam i too surprised to see but i thought it may b. I refuse to take the parcel. Because it was cleary shown from the packing of the parcel that there is no product at all. Then also wish master asked me to open one of the parcel and when i opened i was surprisingly correct. There was an opened flipkart poly beg inside that packing of flipkart. Wishmaster also shock with this he refuse to open other packing and told me to returned back the parcel by saying somebody has done this purposely. In the evening order got cancelled by Ekart itself. But then also i was worried about it that how can flipkart cheat customers by sending such fake blank parcels.i contact to customar care manager and file a complain. Coz till now i was also worried about my next set of delivery which was * more bedsheets.
*. Now round * started for next slot of delivery.. on the same day (**th nov)
Seller dispacted the item to courier partner that is Ekart. And parcel arrived to nearest hub to my place on **th nov. **** at *.** am. Since then i startes waiting that my new slot of bedsheet will b fine. I was exited as well as little worried for case happened on **th nov.
I waited till **st nov that may b some due to some reason delivery not happened. On ** i contact to customer care to ask status of the rest of my order. They ask me to wait till **th nov. To escalat this issue. I said ok. But ** passed no call or parcel approach to me for delivery. Again i approach to flipkart customer care on **th nov. For same status . Again i receive the same answer mam we r escalating this issue. Mam u cancel this order and make a fresh order . Then i realize why they r insiating me to cancel and reorder .. i told them that i place order on discounted rates and now if i order it cost me twice or thrice to my previous cost. So i will not cancel and wait to deliver it. As it already reached to nearest hub. And with this i get new date to wait that was **th nov. I said ok. On **th around **.** i again check the status and contacted to customer care that as product is not out for delivery how can it will b deliver on **th as promised by flipkart. I got new answered u wait till *.**pm today u will receive the product as our team working on it. Again waiting.
**th i again called and ask that promised not fulfilled then what answer i got was mam u cancel the order and put a fresh order . I said again no to it give the same reason of price hike. He said then u have to wait till ** nov.
Till now my frustation level reached at par. Paitent level over. And i devided not to call again to flipkart .. at midnight on **nov. *.** am i got an email. Ur order have been cancel as many attempt have been done . So order has been cancelled and returning product to seller.
I was insain to know that Ekart never called me or updated any out for dwlivery status. Then when they attempeted delivery to my door. It is not possible at all.
So if flipkart wanted to cancel the order after proceesing the order to nearest hub. Then why they have wasted my ** days in fake conversations and calls.they have been done this on the very first promise date **th nov. After ** days torturing me over phone via calls and chat. By giving same answers daily. They have cancelled my full order of * bedsheets without sending me a sigle bedsheet. U felt cheated.. if they cannot provide discounted product then why made fool to their customers ?
