Swetha velam filed complaint against OLA on Dec 12, 2023
I have been charged twice for one of my recent.driver said he hasn't got the payment.i ask him to check after sometime.later he called me and said,the amount has not credit.he requested to send from other app that he need that amount.if the first amount credit,then he will return that amount.till today he was saying it is not credited.i trusted him.
And I'm so much disappointed with your service...there should be some way to contact your team....
Again and again showing same issues,how can we resolve our issues which are not mentioned.
I would like to know,how I can proceed on this issue.i,m attaching payment screenshots,ride details and message from drive
