Darshan Thacker filed complaint against Uber Cabs on May 28, 2018
I took a ride from uber in Ahmedabad on **th may, **:** Pm. I paid it via UPI but as there is some bug in these newly introduced system, the payment showed outstanding. I checked with my bank and confirmed that transaction was successful. There after , I had to take another ride and the payment was shown outstanding in my account. I paid it again as I had to take a ride and I hoped that after complaining, they would resolve my issue and refund the amount. I complained them many times but they're unable to understand my problem.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
