Abhilash Pattanaik filed complaint against Agoda on May 2, 2021
I made a booking at Swissotel Al-Murooj Dubai. Upon checking in I learnt that Agoda haven't paid the property and I had to pay the property for my stay. Upon contacting Agoda they are claiming they booked it via a third party supplier and hence they are unable to verify the claim and have stopped responding to me. I am attaching all the valid receipts to support my claim. Please help me.
