DTDC - Paid for pickup but not picked my courier

*. Facts of the Case:

The Complainant booked and paid for a courier pickup service from Hyderabad through DTDC Express Limited on **rd October ****.

Despite successful payment and confirmation, no representative from DTDC came to collect the parcel, even after repeated follow-ups and multiple calls to customer care.

The Complainant also raised formal complaints through DTDC’s customer support, but they were ignored or closed without resolution.

This amounts to clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as DTDC accepted payment but failed to provide the promised service or initiate a refund.

The Complainant has suffered mental harassment, inconvenience, and loss of trust, besides wastage of time and money.
